Primary/Acute Clinic
Ages 2 and up.
Health center staffing model: Primary Care Model; 2 NP, 1 MA, 1 LPN, 1 RN, 1 medical receptionist, 1 PT, 1 PTA, 1 Chiro and 1 Health Center Lead
July 13 – Nov. 13, 2026
M, T, TH – 8:30a – 5:00p. 1⁄2 hour lunch.
Clean VA license
2 years or more of FNP work experience.
DEA,
Prescribing license.
Malpractice, lodging provided. Mileage reimbursed.
