We're hiring energetic, customer-focused Car Rental Agents to join our team at Salt Lake City International Airport. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want an opportunity to build your sales and customer service skills, we'd love to meet you.

In this role, you'll help travelers get on the road quickly and confidently—whether they're visiting for business, family, or outdoor adventures. Every day brings new customers, exciting interactions, and the opportunity to create an exceptional rental experience. We are currently hiring for Swing Shift.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers with a positive attitude and guide them through the rental process
• Explain rental options, vehicle upgrades, and protection packages that best meet each customer's needs
• Complete accurate rental documentation, vehicle inspections, and ensure smooth check-ins and returns
• Partner with the fleet and service teams to ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready to rent
• Handle customer questions, payments, and logistics with professionalism and exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
• A positive, outgoing personality with the ability to stay organized in a busy environment
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (training provided)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must work weekends
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no more than two incidents/accidents within the last three years). Applicants under age 21 must have a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a complete background check and drug screen
