Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough diagnostics using automotive schematics, scan tools, and diagnostic equipment to identify issues accurately.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems such as powertrain, electrical systems and transmissions.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools and specialized automotive repair tools to complete repairs efficiently.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification
• Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair.
• Solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems including powertrain, transmissions and automotive electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience with automotive diagnostics tools and schematics interpretation.
• Ability to work efficiently with hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent customer service abilities.
