Customer Service Support

InstaMed Pharmaceuticals is looking for a Customer Support Assistant to provide dedicated support to our sales teams, physician's network, and end product users. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, assisting sales operations, and ensuring effective communication across teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product utilization.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely customer support and resolve product-related issues
• Assist sales teams with customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Maintain and update product knowledge to support users effectively
• Communicate clearly with physicians network and end users
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver consistent support

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service support
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and team collaboration abilities
