Certified Medical Assistant (Pediatrics Preferred)

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional overtime may be required based on patient needs and clinic operations.

Pay: 18-22 an hour 

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment while providing exceptional support to providers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient examinations and procedures.
• Room patients and obtain vital signs and medical histories.
• Prepare examination rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Administer injections, medications, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Schedule appointments and assist with patient follow-up as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
• Pediatric experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
