Senior Maintenance Technician

The Senior Maintenance Technician will play a key role within a medium-sized maintenance team (6-15 members), reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. This position focuses primarily on preventive maintenance with a balanced approach to reactive maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of industrial equipment. The role offers opportunities for technical skill advancement and growth within the maintenance field. No travel is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment repair and upkeep to minimize downtime
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in industrial maintenance
• Expertise in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Skilled in mechanical repair and electrical systems
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Effective time management skills
