Job Overview

ProSource People is currently hiring dependable Temporary General Laborers to support a short-term project at a chemical plant. We are seeking 8 workers total—4 for the day shift and 4 for the night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain industrial experience while earning competitive pay.

Schedule

• Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM
• Shift assignment will be based on availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties throughout the facility
• Assist crews with project-related tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies
• Lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Support the team in completing assigned tasks safely and efficiently

Qualifications

• Previous industrial, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an outdoor and industrial environment
• Must be able to follow directions and work safely as part of a team
