Industrial Hydraulic Maintenance Mechanic – $30-$33/hr

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking an Industrial Hydraulic Maintenance Mechanic for a company in the Baytown, TX 77523 area. This position pays $30-$33/hr, based on experience. The schedule is 12-hour shifts, with day shift from 6:00am-6:00pm and night shift from 6:00pm-6:00am.

The ideal applicant will have 3+ years of hydraulic and mechanical maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic machinery and industrial equipment while working closely with production and maintenance teams to reduce downtime.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic machinery and industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and equipment checks.
• Repair pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and mechanical components.
• Read blueprints, hydraulic diagrams, and schematics.
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete maintenance and repair work.
• Complete maintenance documentation as required.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain safe work practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of hydraulic/mechanical maintenance experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read hydraulic diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Experience repairing pumps, cylinders, valves, hoses, and mechanical components.
• Must be dependable, safety-focused, and able to work 12-hour shifts.
• Welding or fabrication experience is a plus.
