- ASAP through Sept 1, 2026
- Ages 1+
- Monday–Friday, day shifts
- Active OH license, DEA, DOT certification, and 2+ years of NP experience
- Family Practice, Occupational Health, minor procedures, and health coaching
- Malpractice coverage, lodging, and mileage reimbursement provided
