Hiring - Material Handler

Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking a Material Handler to join their warehouse team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Packaging. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have strong attention to detail, and maintain excellent attendance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler
Location: The Colony, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job type: Temp-to-hire

What's the Job?

• Pull inventory, prepare orders, and build pallets for outbound shipments.
• Unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment.
• Assist with kitting, unpacking, scanning, and inventory movement based on daily priorities.
• Maintain quality, accuracy, and safety standards while keeping the warehouse clean and organized.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to support daily warehouse operations.
• Warehouse is partially climate-controlled. Employees rotate between climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled work areas throughout the day.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 1 year experience as a material handler; company provides training and certification on Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English or Spanish.
• Willingness to learn and grow with a company that promotes from within.
