Our client, a growing third-party logistics and fulfillment company, is seeking a Warehouse Lead Trainee to join their team. As a Warehouse Lead Trainee, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Warehouse Associates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership potential, and reliability, which will align successfully in the organization. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow, with the opportunity to develop into a Warehouse Supervisor within approximately one year based on performance and business needs.

Location: The Colony, TX
Pay Range: $20.00/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

What's the Job?
- Lead daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory movement.
- Train, coach, and lead warehouse associates while setting the standard for attendance, safety, and performance.
- Monitor daily KPIs, ensuring same-day shipping, receiving, and accurate inventory transactions.
- Coordinate staffing, equipment, and warehouse resources to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and audit-ready warehouse while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- 1 to 3 years of warehouse or leadership experience; candidates with 1–3 years of warehouse experience and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills with intermediate Excel experience; familiarity with WMS systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and a desire to grow into a warehouse leadership role.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs. and work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
