WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Install cabinets, countertops, trim, doors, molding, and millwork
• Perform framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling work
• Complete kitchen renovation projects with attention to detail
• Work safely and efficiently on residential and multifamily projects
• Assist with material handling, site preparation, and installations (Helper)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
Carpenter Positions
• Residential, remodeling, or multifamily carpentry experience
• Experience with cabinet installation and finish carpentry preferred
• Strong framing and finish carpentry skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and climb ladders regularly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 Certification is a plus
• Buildertrend or similar construction software experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Carpenter Helper
• 2–5 years of construction or carpentry experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and work alongside experienced carpenters
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail
