Electrical Foreman

We are hiring a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on commercial and/or industrial projects. This role is responsible for supervising electricians, coordinating daily tasks, ensuring code compliance, and keeping projects on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on job sites
• Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local electrical codes
• Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
• Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA standards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions in the field
• Track materials, labor hours, and job progress
• Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians

Qualifications

• 4+ years of electrical experience (commercial/industrial preferred)
• Previous leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Electrician
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and layout work independently
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
