Warehouse Operator / Forklift Operator (Sit-Down & Stand-Up)

Location: Carlstadt, NJ
Pay Rate: $19.00-20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator with experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. This position is responsible for moving, storing, and organizing materials while supporting daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Move products throughout the warehouse and place materials in assigned storage locations.
• Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping.
• Perform inventory movements using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and walk throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
