MEP Technician (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

• Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.

• Work collaboratively with project managers and other trades.

Qualifications:

• Experience in MEP construction or related trade.

• Ability to read plans and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

• OSHA certification is a plus.

Skilled Carpenter

Responsibilities:

• Perform framing, finish carpentry, trim work, cabinetry, and general construction.

• Read blueprints and follow project specifications.

• Operate hand and power tools safely.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship on every project.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of carpentry experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of construction methods and safety practices.

• Own basic hand tools preferred.

• Reliable transportation.
