HIRING: Maintenance Mechanics
Location: San Fernando, CA
Schedule: 2PM - 10:30PM (Monday to Friday)
- MUST BE OPEN TO OT AND WORKING 2-SATUDAYS A MONTH
Pay: $28/HR to $40/HR (based on experience)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in mechanical aptitude, safety, and maintaining production equipment. You will be responsible for maintenance on all production machinery used for beverage and soft-drinks equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced repairs, installations, and modifications to equipment and building infrastructure as required.
- Troubleshoot and maintain production and facility equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Utilize carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tools to complete maintenance tasks effectively.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing assigned tasks and priorities.
- Ensure all work is performed in full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all applicable safety guidelines and procedures.
- Support production operations by minimizing downtime and addressing equipment-related issues promptly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience MAINTAINING PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT.
- Proven experience working with production or manufacturing equipment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to follow GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Fernando, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $41.00/hr.
