What You'll Do

Front Desk & Client Experience
  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and energy
  • Answer and route incoming calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Provide follow-up communication
Administrative Support
  • Perform filing, data entry, and document management
  • Support multiple team members
  • Help keep daily operations running smoothly
Client Communication
  • Conduct non-sales outreach (check-ins, scheduling)
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
Office Operations (Growth Scope)
  • Assist with office supplies and organization
  • Support internal events and logistics
  • Handle light physical tasks (up to 20 lbs)
Growth Opportunity

Within your first 6 months, you'll:
  • Cross-train across departments
  • Take on expanded responsibilities

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office or customer-facing role
