Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified X-Ray Technician to join our medical team. In this role, you will provide accurate, high-quality diagnostic imaging services, including plain radiography and CT imaging.

General Radiology (ARRT) certification is required. CT certification is preferred but not required, and support will be provided to obtain CT certification if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment.

• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Position patients correctly to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

• Operate X-ray equipment and adjust settings to produce clear and accurate images.

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnosis and treatment.

• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.

• Follow radiation safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT certification as an X-Ray Technician.

• Knowledge of radiation safety protocols.

• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

• Experience operating X-ray equipment and related imaging technology.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

• Ability to lift and assist patients or move equipment as needed.

Preferred Experience

• At least 1 year of X-ray experience.

Required License/Certification

• ARRT Certification (Required)
