Associate Attorney
Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Personal Injury and/ or Construction Defect (Def.) in Irvine, CA
An established firm based in Irvine with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join their team . This Attorney will have experience with personal injury, general liability litigation, and/ or construction defect, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients throughout the litigation process.
 
Offer:
Up to $200,000's, contingent on experience.

Hybrid setting- 4 on 1 off.

Qualifications:
The candidate must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
They must have an active license to practice law in California.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or construction defect.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required. 
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
 
Responsibilities:
The attorney will represent clients in personal injury cases, providing legal advice and support throughout the litigation process.
They will draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
They will conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and prepare for trial.
The attorney will collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members to develop effective case strategies. They will manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress and documentation.
Attendance at court hearings, depositions, and mediations will be required.
The attorney will communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the litigation.
