Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FMLA Benefits Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Media, PA. This role is ideal for a benefits professional with substantial hands-on FMLA administration experience who is comfortable managing leave-related processes, coordinating with vendors, supporting payroll reporting, and responding to employee and manager inquiries.

The FMLA Benefits Specialist will play an important role in ensuring accurate leave eligibility information, compliant benefits administration, and timely communication across HR, payroll, employees, managers, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities

- Ensure accurate FMLA filing and provide vendors with complete and timely eligibility information.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the FMLA vendor and support ongoing communication related to leave administration.
- Prepare and provide necessary reports to Payroll to support accurate processing and employee recordkeeping.
- Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees regarding plan provisions, status changes, and general benefits questions.
- Perform quality checks on benefits-related data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
- Ensure Personnel Action Forms, PAFs, are completed properly, submitted on time, and routed to Payroll as required.
