Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting injection molding machines, reading and interpreting electrical schematics, and troubleshooting hydraulic systems and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues using electrical schematics.
• Diagnose and resolve hydraulic and machinery problems.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective repairs.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years working with injection molding machines.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with hydraulic systems and machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
