Packager

This role prepares products for shipment by wrapping, boxing, and palletizing items in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. You’ll use basic tools, follow work instructions, and support a small team in a custom shop where tasks change throughout the day.

Key Duties

• Wrap and protect products to prevent damage during shipping
• Box, crate, palletize, and stretch‑wrap items
• Use basic hand and power tools safely
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Read production paperwork, diagrams, and instructions
• Test parts or mechanisms as needed
• Assist with general production, packaging, and order picking
• Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S standards
• Work with a small team to meet daily production goals

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake City, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
