Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: 100 Power Dr, Mankato, MN 56001
Duration: 8 weeks (possible extension)
Pay Rate: $23/hr
We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a short-term assignment supporting warehouse and logistics operations at the Rolls-Royce facility in Mankato, MN. This role involves handling materials, supporting inventory movement, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and organize incoming materials and products
Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment
Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records
Operate pallet jacks and assist with material movement
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move materials as needed
Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
