Compensation
Full-Time:
Salary based on respiratory therapy experience and familiarity with the skilled nursing/long-term care population.
Part-Time:
24 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapy to provide clinical leadership and operational support for pulmonary programs across multiple skilled nursing facilities
This position is ideal for a motivated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) who is passionate about improving pulmonary care, mentoring clinical teams, and driving quality outcomes in the post-acute care setting.

Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and support for pulmonary programs across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
Conduct respiratory therapy audits, including documentation, compliance, and clinical workflows.
Develop, implement, and enhance pulmonary care programs and quality initiatives.
Monitor quality metrics, including:
Hospitalizations
Resident outcomes
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Pulmonary program scorecards
Collaborate with Regional Directors of Operations and facility leadership.
Train, mentor, and support Pulmonary Program Coordinators (PPCs).
Conduct orientation and onboarding for newly hired PPCs.
Lead weekly meetings with assigned PPCs to review performance, goals, and compliance.
Ensure pulmonary dashboards, PDPM documentation, and program data remain accurate and current.
Assist in planning and coordinating annual Pulmonary Program Coordinator educational events.
Support regulatory compliance, CMS standards, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).
Active Respiratory Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
New graduates are welcome to apply with an active Ohio license.
Experienced therapists with 3-5+ years of respiratory therapy experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care is preferred.
Leadership, staff education, program management, or quality improvement experience is a plus.
Knowledge of pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory modalities, PDPM, and quality improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel regularly between multiple facilities throughout Massachusetts.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing or managing pulmonary programs within skilled nursing facilities.
Background in staff education, clinical auditing, and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of CMS regulations and respiratory care best practices in post-acute settings.
