Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled General Production Worker to perform paint preparation on large vehicles, including RVs and motorhomes. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly valued. Candidates with at least 6 months of experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform sanding, masking, and cleaning of surfaces to prepare vehicles for painting according to specifications.
- Install tape and protective coverings accurately using a tape measure for prep and assembly tasks.
- Carry out buffing and detailing work to ensure a high-quality finish on all painted surfaces.
- Utilize basic hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete production work.
- Collaborate with the team and cross-train in additional departments like painting and detailing to support production needs.
Essential Skills
- 6+ months of previous production or manufacturing experience.
- Proficiency in the safe and controlled use of hand and power tools.
- Experience with reading and using a tape measure accurately for production tasks.
- Knowledgeable in following production schedules, work instructions, and quality standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long periods, lifting, and bending.
- Capability to work from ladders safely to access higher areas of large vehicles.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Work Environment
This position is based in a fast-paced production facility focused on large vehicles. The role operates on a first-shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 pm The work is hands-on and physically active, involving the use of standard manufacturing tools and equipment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $20.25/hr.
