We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project lifecycle for commercial projects ($5M-$30M)
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client communication
- Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during planning phases
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor buyouts
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and vendors
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing projects in the $5M+ range
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Experience working with local subcontractors and vendors in the Tampa market preferred
