Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Workers Comp Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will specialize in workers' compensation law and will be responsible for representing clients in claims related to workplace injuries. The attorney will work to ensure that clients receive the compensation they deserve while navigating through complex legal processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in workers' compensation claims and hearings
  • Advise clients on their rights and options regarding workplace injuries
  • Prepare and file legal documents, including claims and appeals
  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on workers' compensation laws
  • Develop strategies to effectively advocate for clients' interests
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 2+ years of experience in workers' compensation or related legal fields
  • Strong litigation skills and experience in court settings
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to handle complex cases and work independently
