Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Guaynabo, PR within the healthcare services industry. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to an individual, manager, or department, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Research, verify, prepare, and track information for reports, budgets, databases, and moderately complex data analysis.
- Support projects by maintaining project plans, schedules, meeting coordination, documentation, and follow-up on deliverables.
- Prepare correspondence, review documentation for compliance with internal policies and procedures, and maintain accurate files and records.
- Coordinate meetings, compile and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, and assist with department communication.
- Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, incoming calls, and inquiries or complaints as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $21.28 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours, such as 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Some schedule flexibility may be required based on business needs.
