Job Description\nWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Medical/Surgical unit. The nursing professional will deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on both adult and geriatric populations. The ideal candidate will join a supportive team and participate in providing a full range of services to meet the healthcare needs of the community.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the Medical/Surgical department. \n
- Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team. \n
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. \n
- Ensure maintainance of patient records and proper documentation. \n
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. \n
- \n
- Current RN license in Tennessee. \n
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. \n
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred. \n
