\n **8-Week Contract | Night Shift | Salida, CO**

\n **Work where others vacation!** We're seeking an experienced **Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse** for an exciting travel assignment in the beautiful mountain town of **Salida, Colorado**.

\n **Requirements:**
\n • Active **Colorado RN License**
\n • Current **BLS** Certification
\n • Minimum **3 year of Med-Surg experience**
\n • **ACLS & PALS**
\n • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN
\n • Experience with **CPSI/Evident EMR**

\n **Assignment Details:**
\n • **8-week contract**
\n • **Night Shift:** 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
\n • 3 x 12-hour shifts (36 hours/week)
\n • Every other weekend required
\n • Holiday coverage required
\n • No mandatory overtime (overtime available)
\n • W-2 employment only (No 1099)

\n **Responsibilities:**
\n • Provide evidence-based Med-Surg and Swing Bed patient care
\n • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
\n • Administer medications and treatments safely
\n • Monitor patient conditions and evaluate treatment effectiveness
\n • Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
\n • Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
\n • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
\n • Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
