American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience for a 13-week assignment in Washington State.
Details- Diagnostic imaging department at a community hospital setting
- Performs routine MRI procedures as well as difficult and complex radiographic procedures with assistance
- Monday through Friday schedule, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Minimum of 3 years of MRI Technologist experience required
- ARRT or ARRT(MR) certification required; candidates who are registry eligible must pass ARRT(MR) within 6 months of hire
- ARMRIT certification accepted in lieu of ARRT(MR)
- Current BLS certification required
- Active Washington State Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable
- Completed coursework in cross-sectional anatomy required
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and push a 200 lb loaded stretcher 300 feet
- Good stamina, flexibility, and manual dexterity required
- Performs all routine MRI procedures and assists with difficult and complex radiographic procedures
- Also performs related duties in the office area of the diagnostic imaging department
- Reports to the Diagnostic Imaging Director
