Registered Nurse – Outpatient Neurology Clinic

Shift: Days, 5x8 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
$2,500.71/week

Requirements:

• Active California RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC EMR experience strongly preferred.
• Neurology and/or infusion clinic experience highly preferred.
• No weekends or on-call.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate outpatient neurology care, including patient assessments, education, and follow-up.
• Manage medication refills, infusion orders, prior authorizations, and medication reconciliation.
• Conduct telephone triage and respond to patient calls and MyChart messages.
• Review laboratory results and collaborate with providers on treatment plans.
• Perform patient education and support during office visits and follow-up care.
• Document all patient encounters accurately in EPIC and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
