CDL-A Truck Driver - Transition Bonus

• This is a regional position only - No local runs available
• Minimum 8 months of experience in the last 24 months
• No terminations in the past 12 months

• Home time: Home weekends or Monday/Tuesdays + No NYC, Canada, or Mexico
• Freight: 100% no-touch freight, full dry van truckload

• Pay: Average $85,000 - $105,000 per year
• CPM: Earn 67 - 75 - based on location
• 1st check transition bonus: earn up to $2,625 transition bonus + orientation pay + PTO on your first payday*

• Higher band pay per mile on complete loads less than 400 miles
• 0 - 100 miles earn $35 per load

• Safety-based pay raises - every 15,000 safe paid miles, to a high pay cap

• Valid CDL-A
• Minimum 8 months of experience in the last 24 months - including snow & ice driving in major cities experience
• No terminations in the past 12 months
• No DWIs in the past 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
• Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, & human performance evaluation
• No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
