We're looking for a Part-Time Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help our insurance team connect with prospective clients. You'll be the first point of contactmaking outbound calls, introducing our agency, and scheduling appointments for our licensed insurance professionals.
No insurance experience or license is required. We'll teach you what you need to know.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sales, business, communications, marketing, or entrepreneurship. High performers may have the opportunity to grow into a licensed Insurance Producer role.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Enjoys talking with people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone
Has excellent communication skills
Is positive, coachable, and resilient
Can stay organized and manage their time effectively
Is comfortable working toward performance goals
Has basic computer skills
Sales or customer service experience is a plusbut not required
