Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
• Schedule service appointments and manage customer follow-up
• Write service orders and communicate with technicians regarding customer concerns
• Provide customers with detailed explanations of services and repairs
• Handle customers’ inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Provide status updates to customers throughout the repair process 
• Review completed work, ensure quality, and handle final delivery of the vehicle 
• Maintain high CSI scores through exceptional customer service 
• Upsell maintenance services when appropriate 
• Maintain a clean and organized service area

Requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service writing or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, friendly manner 
• Proficiency with repair order systems and basic computer skills 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
