You will play a vital role in connecting with potential customers online and facilitating the sales process responding to inquiries, building relationships with prospects, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing journey. Previous Sales and Customer Service experience in any industry is preferred. Dealership experience is a plus!

We offer:
- $55,000 - $75,000+ per year (salary + commission)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond promptly to incoming inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms
- Provide accurate product information, pricing details, and dealership policies to potential customers
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and preferences
- Schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage leads effectively
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Stay informed about current promotions, inventory updates, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- This is an on-site position
- Sales experience in any industry highly preferred
- Strong computer and communication skills
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Prior auto sales experience is not required
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Prior sales, call center, or BDC experience preferred – we pay more for your experience!
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Strong computer and phone skills (CRM, Reports, Internet, MS Outlook, etc.)
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
