Production - Roll Line - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production - Roll Line to join their team. As a Production - Roll Line or Dry Department, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production - Roll Line

Location: Bloomfield, CT

Pay Range: 1st Shift: $18.00 & 3rd Shift: $18.50

Shift: 1st Shift and 3rd Shift

What's the Job?

• Perform basic operational tasks in the production area, including rotating to different positions as needed
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with area housekeeping and equipment cleaning
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding safety, quality, and operational issues
• Follow safety guidelines and plant policies to maintain a safe working environment

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• No experience required, willing to train
• Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed
