Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
  • Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
  • Medication Reminders:
  • Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
  • Support clients in managing their medication routines.
  • Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements.
  • Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Laundry & Light Housekeeping:
  • Launder clothes & sheets to ensure hygiene.
  • Light housekeeping to maintain a safe & clean environment.
  • Companionship and Social Interaction:
  • Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
  • Health Monitoring:
  • Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
  • Document care provided and any notable observations.
Qualifications:
  • Current New Hampshire LNA certificate preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred.
  • Valid Drivers License & insurance with reliable vehicle.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
