Greater Insurance Service is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service to our clients and support our growing agency. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys building relationships while helping clients protect what matters most.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and coverage requests
Process endorsements, certificates, applications, and policy documents
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy servicing needs
Provide prompt, professional customer service via phone, email, and in person
Review policies for accuracy and identify potential coverage concerns
Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system
Support producers and account managers with account servicing activities
Follow agency procedures and maintain compliance with insurance regulations
Build strong relationships with clients through outstanding service
Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license preferred
Previous insurance agency experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
