Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout the food production facility to ensure a safe, hygienic, and regulatory-compliant environment.

3rd shift position $19/hr. with $1 shift differential

RESPONSIBILITY

Duties

Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment, processing lines, floors, walls, ceilings, and facility grounds.

Disassemble, clean, and reassemble processing equipment according to established sanitation procedures.

Follow Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Prepare and properly use cleaning chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines and manufacturer instructions.

Accurately complete sanitation logs and required documentation.

Report maintenance issues, equipment damage, or sanitation concerns.

Assist with pest control monitoring and waste disposal procedures.

Food Safety Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Verify equipment is properly cleaned, rinsed, and sanitized.
Maintain cleaning tools in servicable conditions and use appropriately per the color code.
Understand air is not to be used to clean floors.
Scratch pads are single use only
Cleans from inside out.

Safety Responsibilities

Follow all safety protocols while in the production area and utilize proper PPE for tasks being performed.
