Production Associate – Powder Coat

1st Shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM) Monday-Friday & 3rd Shift (10:00 PM–6:00 AM) Sunday-Thursday Available

Pay: $19.00/hour | Weekly Pay | Overtime Opportunities

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing—no powder coating experience is required.

What You'll Do

Hang metal parts on the powder coat line before the coating process
Remove finished parts from the line after coating
Sort finished products onto racks for the next stage of production
Inspect parts for quality and proper finish
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures
Assist with other production duties as needed

Qualifications

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand and perform repetitive work throughout the shift
Previous manufacturing or paint experience is helpful but not required
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
