What You’ll Do:

The Service Manager will work closely with the COO and CEO. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Providing quality service to customers and team members by managing an efficient and productive operation.
  • All related areas for technicians, parts, and customer service.
  • Department budgets, warranty process, fleet management, customer issues, and all department team members.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional project management, departmental management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong people leadership competencies as well as an ability to coach, mentor and develop the team.
  • Retail & Distribution Experience is a plus!
