Position Summary

The Cleaning Tech is responsible for performing daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure work areas and common spaces are kept tidy, sanitary, and presentable. This role supports a safe and welcoming environment by completing assigned cleaning duties efficiently and consistently.

This is a part-time, onsite position based in Ogallala, NE, ideal for someone who takes pride in detail, follows established procedures, and can work independently while maintaining high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks for designated areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal

• Sanitize high-touch surfaces and restrooms, ensuring they are stocked and kept in good condition

• Maintain cleanliness in workspaces and common areas, including spot-cleaning as needed

• Follow established safety procedures for handling cleaning supplies and maintaining proper ventilation

• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of facilities by completing assigned tasks on schedule

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Ogallala, NE and reliably adhere to assigned part-time hours

• Willingness to follow cleaning checklists, safety guidelines, and facility procedures

• Strong attention to detail and a consistent, thorough approach to cleaning

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks for the duration of scheduled shifts

• Basic understanding of safe use and storage of cleaning supplies

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial support

• Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing procedures for restrooms and high-traffic areas

• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks with minimal supervision

• Comfortable working in environments where cleanliness and professionalism are essential
