Base Salary: $120,000

Position Summary
The Home Services Manager will take full operational and financial ownership of a $3.5M residential HVAC retail division in North Austin. This leader will bridge the gap between technical execution and revenue generation, managing service technicians, sales leadership, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead field operations from the front to ensure safety compliance and high team morale.
• Partner with marketing coordinators to optimize inbound lead flow and conversion metrics.
• Oversee the operational transition of out-of-warranty customers into permanent retail accounts.
• Maintain high appearance and execution standards across the field staff and fleet vehicles.
• Deliver actionable business insight from internal field service management software.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of specific leadership inside residential home services.
• Functional Expertise: Demonstrated track record balancing operational labor tracking with sales goals.
• Leadership Style: High accountability with advanced conflict resolution and culture-building skills.
