Company: A multi regional roofing company is hiring in Atlanta, GA and provides full service residential roofing and restoration across WI, GA, NC, SC, TN, and IL.

Position: We are hiring a Roofing Sales Trainee to speak with homeowners, identify possible roofing needs, and schedule free roof inspections. This is a full time opportunity for motivated candidates who want to build a high income career in roofing sales with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Canvass residential neighborhoods in the Atlanta area to identify homes with possible roof damage or old worn roofing
• Speak with homeowners about roofing concerns, roofing solutions, and insurance claim support
• Schedule free roof inspections with interested homeowners
• Build trust with homeowners, follow up with prospects, and represent the company professionally
  

Qualifications:

• Previous roofing sales or canvassing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and speaking directly with homeowners
• Motivated, coachable, and results driven
• Reliable transportation required
