About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for maintenance professionals with experience in building maintenance, mechanical repairs, electrical systems, plumbing, and preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Building Maintenance
• Drywall patching and painting
• Cubicle installation and removal
• Office furniture assembly and relocation
Facility & Equipment Maintenance
• Perform light plumbing repairs
• Replace HVAC filters and perform basic HVAC maintenance
• Load, unload, and organize incoming deliveries
• Monitor and pump containment pads
• Inspect and maintain facility equipment including compressors and generators
Equipment Repair
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Repair mechanical components, motors, belts, and pumps
• Assist with facility infrastructure repairs
• Maintain shop equipment and prototype/test equipment
Troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Identify maintenance issues and escalate major repairs when necessary
• Support day-to-day facility operations
Workplace Safety
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow 5S and workplace safety standards
• Support general labor activities as required
Required Qualifications
✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Minimum 3 years of Facility Maintenance experience
✔ Experience with:
• Electrical systems
• Mechanical equipment
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Pneumatic systems
• Hydraulic systems
✔ Ability to use:
• Hand tools
• Power tools
• Diagnostic equipment
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Preventive Maintenance experience
• Industrial Manufacturing or R&D Facility experience
• Experience maintaining compressors, generators, pumps, motors, and HVAC systems
Physical Requirements
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and active operations
