Role Summary
Tile Tech is hiring a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations including order pulling, packing, loading, unloading, inventory handling, and general warehouse support.
This is a hands-on role. The right person must be reliable, physically capable, safety-minded, organized, and able to work well with the warehouse and office team.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders accurately
- Pack materials for shipment
- Load and unload trucks
- Operate a forklift
- Move, organize, and stage materials in the warehouse
- Help keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Check order quantities and help prevent shipping mistakes
- Support general warehouse and yard tasks as needed
- Follow instructions and work efficiently with the warehouse team
- Help with inventory organization and material handling
Required Qualifications
- Forklift experience is required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work on your feet and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory
- Warehouse, shipping, loading, unloading, or order-pulling experience preferred
- Must be safety-minded and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work full-time in Commerce, CA
- Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with order pulling and packing
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Experience in building materials, pavers, tile, stone, decking, or similar heavy materials
- Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
