Paint Technician / Paint Prep Specialist (Mobile Phone Refurbishing)

Join Our Growing Mobile Phone Refurbishing Team!

We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable individual with painting experience—preferably someone experienced with paint sprayers—to join our smartphone refurbishment department.

This is a hands-on position where you'll be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing mobile phone housings to like-new condition.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mobile phone housings for painting
• Sand, clean, mask, and prime components
• Mix and apply coatings using HVLP or similar paint sprayers
• Match colors and ensure high-quality finishes
• Perform quality inspections before and after painting
• Maintain paint booths, sprayers, and related equipment
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow company procedures for production and quality control

Qualifications:

• Experience using paint sprayers (automotive, industrial, cabinetry, furniture, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with small, delicate parts
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience with sanding, masking, polishing, or refinishing is a plus
• Experience repairing or refurbishing electronics is a bonus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
