Customer Service Representative

Tri-Starr Talent is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday varying hours and rotating Saturday

Pay: $16+ hour DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, services, or products
• Document customer interactions accurately in CRM and call management systems
• Follow established scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication during all customer interactions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of customer service experience required (call center experience preferred)
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong time-management skills
