Landscaper - Training Availble

We are looking for a hardworking Landscaper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving outdoor spaces for our residential and/or commercial clients.

What You'll Do

• Perform basic lawn care, including mowing, edging, weeding, and trimming hedges.
• Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns according to landscape designs.
• Prepare soil, lay sod, spread mulch, and apply fertilizers or pest control safely.
• Install or assist with "hardscape" features like walkways, retaining walls, patios, or fire pits.
• Inspect, install, or repair basic irrigation and sprinkler systems.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as commercial mowers, weed eaters, leaf blowers, and trimmers.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or lawn maintenance.
• Familiarity with landscaping tools, machinery, and outdoor power equipment.
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain) and lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and a pride in creating clean, beautiful outdoor spaces.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus).
